Speakers:

John Kuehnle, MPH, MBA, CEO, Partners for World Health

John Kuehnle is currently the CEO of Partners for World Health, a Maine-based non-profit focused on strengthening health systems around the world through partnerships with communities and hospitals across New England. John joined PWH in September of 2025 after a 15 year career with USAID during which he led several of the Agency’s largest health programs including Kenya, Zambia and South Africa. He has extensive experience in government to government negotiations, supply chain logistics, health financing, and integrated primary healthcare. During his time in Kenya and Zambia his teams helped their countries achieve HIV epidemic control by using advanced data analytics to focus resources and measure their impact. His work earned him multiple of USAID’s highest awards, including the Michael K White award for excellence in improving the lives of women and children. John served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Nicaragua and he has MPH and MBA degrees from Johns Hopkins University.

Cecilia Natale, CHES, Senior Health Promotion Coordinator, Healthy Androscoggin 

Cecilia graduated from the University of Maine at Farmington in 2016 with a BS in Community Health Education, a minor in Psychology, and is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). Since 2019 she has been a Senior Health Promotion Coordinator at Healthy Androscoggin, where she oversees community benefit activities for Central Maine Healthcare. She has diverse experiences in the public health field including mental health program coordination and health promotion efforts for older adult and youth populations. Cecilia enjoys playing tennis, taking road trips, and going to as many concerts as she can.

Jamil Mouehla, Research Data Analyst, MaineHealth Maine Medical Center

Jamil Mouehla is a Research Data Analyst at MaineHealth, working on the Community Health Improvement (CHI) evaluation team across clinical, behavioral health, and community-based initiatives. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with a concentration in Computational and Digital Studies from Bates College in 2025 and previously worked with MaineHealth as a research intern before transitioning to part-time and then full-time roles. His work focuses on multi-sector, data-driven projects aimed at improving organizational efficiency and advancing community-level health outcomes. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, anime, and cooking.
