The Portland Recovery Community Center is hiring! The Recovery Hub Project Manager will provide oversight and management of the Maine Recovery Hub. The Project Manager will establish administrative procedures and guidelines to ensure effective program outcomes. The Project Manager will work closely with the Portland Recovery Community Center Executive Director and will directly supervise the hub Recovery Coach Coordinator and the Administrative Coordinator to ensure grant deliverables are met and services are coordinated for affiliated recovery centers. Duties include managing day-to-day operations of the Hub office, managing the project budget and preparing reports in a timely manner, and utilizing appropriate strategies to ensure that the project work plan is implemented. A Bachelor’s degree is required. A Master’s degree is preferred. Candidate must have demonstrated leadership skills and management skills, including budget preparation, analysis, decision-making and reporting. Five or more years nonprofit project management experience required. This position is based in Portland, with some statewide travel.
