We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team, specifically to manage the day-to-day operations of the Northeast Telehealth Resource Center as detailed in the program work plan to promote and support the development of telehealth/telemedicine throughout New England, New York, and northern New Jersey. Under the direction of the NETRC Program Director, this individual serves as a telehealth expert on topics including, but not limited to, strategic planning, reimbursement, policy, and technology, and assists health systems, hospitals, community health centers, and others in developing and launching telehealth services.
In collaboration with the NETRC team, this individual will manage NETRC outreach and educational initiatives, including a website and newsletter, produce an annual regional telehealth conference, and promote NETRC and telehealth by participating in regional and national conferences. The Project Manager will engage key stakeholders, including federal and state agencies, professional associations, and state collaboratives, among others, to maximize the reach and impact of NETRC. This individual will also work with the National Consortium of Telehealth Resource Centers to contribute to national projects, including serving on Consortium Committees. The Project Manager will coordinate evaluation of the NETRC program and federal reporting and may assist with future grant applications.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Successful applicants will be energetic, self-starters who are able to function comfortably in a team environment or independently and relate well to co-workers and stakeholders. This position requires flexibility and the ability to manage time and multiple tasks with little supervision.
- Master’s level training in public health, health education or a related field preferred; however, equivalent related work experience may be considered.
- Expertise in health information systems and working knowledge of current health care delivery systems essential.
- Exceptional writing, problem solving, interpersonal communication skills and demonstrated cultural competence essential.
- Supervisory and/or team lead experience preferable.
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
