This position will be responsible for overseeing our Substance Use Disorder Prevention and Harm Reduction grants and staff. Candidates who have experience with drug overdose prevention, opioid use disorder, needle exchange and other harm reduction strategies is encouraged to apply. Additional experience with State, Federal and Private Grants is preferred. Candidates with a demonstrated experience in Substance Use Disorder Prevention and Public Health are encouraged to apply!

Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.
Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and staff engagements.
Monitors grant budgets, contracts and reporting, regulatory compliance, and vendor relations.
Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.
Writes and secures grant funding to meet departmental goals and objectives. Supports special projects and business analysis as requested.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
Master’s degree in Public Health or related field preferred.
Experience in Substance Use Disorder Prevention and/or Public Health preferred.
